Boot camps are another choice, you may find one that is run out of a fitness center, or a location that just does a boot camp. These types of programs are made for people who want to see quick results in a very short amount of time. Offering a high intensive workout that will have those lean muscle groups tested. Running for four to six weeks and seeing some of the best results for exercise ever.
