The word celebration itself creates a joy in mind. Thanksgiving Day is among the most special days of celebration. This special day is normally celebrated in United States and Canada. This day is celebrated on different days in these places as in Canada it is celebrated on 2nd Monday in October and in US it is celebrated on 4th Thursday in November but now according to 2010 calendar these days are falling on October 11, 2010 (Canada); November 25, 2010 (U.S.).

According to the saying thanks giving day is the day when people thank god for the harvest and gratitude. The first thank giving day was celebrated in the year 1621 and was based on colonialism and it is also a secular holiday.

In the celebration time one of the enjoyable and memorable celebrations is holy. On this day every one is happy and celebrates it with lots of color and sweets. This day is the most important day in India because of its religious impact. The holy is celebrated with lots of fun on some places parties are organized and lots of dancing and lots of foods are also organized. Holy is the festival of colors so celebration with colors has different charm and beauty.

People of India love this celebration they go home to home and color their friends and relatives by dry colors or water mixed with colors. Holy is the festival of Arsalon. This festival falls on the Phalgun Purnima or Pooranmashi (Full Moon) in the month of Feb - March. Before playing the holy of colours one night before a small celebration is done by burning a bonfire. This lighting of bonfires is known as Holika Dahan.

When April word comes in mind it just strikes only one thing that is April fool. April fool's day is also known as all fool's day and it is adapted from Christian culture and it signifies as practical prank day. This day is celebrated on 1st April by playing pranks on your family and friends. This day is really funny as enjoyable as no body feels bad about the pranks played on them.

On which the trick is played is known as April fool. This traditional celebration begins on fifteenth century and hence working till now. In some places it is started in early 1500's and still going on. The April fool chard of French looks like this and the victims of this prank were thus called Poisson d'Avril, or April Fish.

Easter is the day when the resurrection of Jesus is celebrated. In 2010 this day is falling on 4th April. This day is famous among Christian's where they pray all night till sunrise. This Easter day is celebrated two days after Good Friday.

Easter word is developed from the old English word Easter. In Dutch Easter is known as pasen, the name is derived directly from Hebrew Pesach. On this day Christians pray all day and many events are organized in church and prayers are sung for the Christ.
