Harry Brelsford is author of book on Microsoft Response Point Primer released at the WPC conference in Houston in July, 2008. Writing this book has allowed me to not only learn a new technology area but learn much about Response Point. One of the learning's is that Response Point is NOT THAT TECHNICAL. Rather, it is an easy product to setup and maintain. So the book is not that technical (although I do have an advanced technical chapter). Rather, this book grew into a BusinessSpeak book on how to implement Response Point as a SMB consultant as part of a much larger technology strategy for small businesses.
