This allows not only for a more precise cut, but it also prevents any contamination of either the material or the cutting agent. This ensures that product quality levels remain high. Because the laser is not in contact with the materials being cut, they can last much longer than other forms of direct-contact cutting; laser cutting technology is not subject to wear and tear like other tools used in the cutting of heavy materials.

Laser cutting is also advantageous in creating exact tubing because the area affected by the laser's heat is very small. This prevents warping or melting in unwanted areas. The smooth, clean edges created by a laser cut rarely needs secondary finishing. This reduces the number of steps needed to create a high-quality product.

Tube laser cutting is the best way to achieve any size or shape of tube fitting. The lasers can be arranged to create round, square, rectangular or oval tube openings. Different sizes can be applied to create the exact tube cut needed, typically up to 5½ inches and 28 feet in length. Even multi-axis tube cuts are easy with the use of tube laser cutting technology.
