I am going to tell you that How Network Engineers, Managers and the Network Designers can save UTP cables when designing networks. is it possible?

Yes you can use 1 4 pair cable for two Ethernet connections. Means you are saving 1 whole cable Or simple you can say if you have 10 computers and 6 other network devices you will use 16 pairs to connect to the router or the networking switch or hub.
But using my way you need only 8 cables to connect 16 Ethernet.

Now let us read carefully.

We have 8 wires in a UTP cable.

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

We punch all to the connector.

Now we have 4 pairs with 4 different colors.

Now take 2 pairs and punch them to 1 2 3 6 pin positions of the connector and same on the other side. Connect one side to computer and second to router or switch. Your computer Local area will connect at 100Mbps.

That's it.

Now you have 2 pairs left in the cable. Repeat the same combination and connect to another device. You will get 100Mbps on the other device as well which means your two devices are connected with one cable.

WOW!!!!

I used this for my office and still working. There is one computer and one IP phone on each desk of the office so that was really easy and clear to connect 2 devices with only once cable.

Try this I am sure you will get 100% results. You may use this method in wall outlets as well and I am sure this method is easy safe and secure.

Enjoy this and do not forget to save network cable when you design your nework next time.
