There is nothing better that I enjoy doing, than spending quality time with my students. It had been a long summer break, or so it felt, before the classes started and I could go back to what I loved doing the most- mentoring my young students.

I missed them, and it felt nice to be back among familiar, innocent faces. As the kids talked excitedly about how they spent their summer, I couldn’t help but look back and relive my childhood days. This year, I didn’t enjoy the summer break.

I struggled with some of my relationships, and messed up the good relations that I had with some of my friends. It had taken a toll on my mind, and I seriously desired a break from the summer break!

So it was a huge relief to be able to get back to school and resume normal teaching duty. The cheerful and excited kids made me forget what a terrible summer I had otherwise. I had given the students an interesting summer assignment to complete, and I was looking forward to what my students would come up with.

They had to create a presentation on the theme- “How water affects our life”. I was delighted to find that all my students had completed their summer assignment, and had come prepared for the class. I asked them if they enjoyed working on it, to which their unanimous reply was a loud, “Yes”! Soon we were all set to go with the first set of presentations. I switched on my computer, and discovered that the operating system on my computer- Microsoft Windows XP had crashed.

I tried to solve the problem, but was unsuccessful. There was no other free computer system at the school, which could be used to conduct the presentations. I could see the disappointment on the face of the children when they realized that time was running out, and it may not be possible for them to make their presentations that day. It was then that my teaching assistant suggested that I should get in touch with iYogi technicians that provided Microsoft XP Support.

iYogi is a company that provides 24x7 remote technical support to its paying customers. For a small fee, they take remote control of your machine and resolve issues that create problems with your computer. I called iYogi on their toll free number, and conveyed that I needed support for my Microsoft Windows XP computer. I allowed the technician to access my machine from his remote location, and within a few minutes he was able to fix the issue with Microsoft Windows XP.

Just to ensure that all errors had been resolved, the good technician also ran a few trial presentations on the machine.. Indeed, the system seemed to be working fine and I was happy with the Microsoft Windows XP support that iYogi provided. The students were delighted that they could make their presentations, and things turned out to be alright in the end.
