How To Make and Cook Fish Patties
Fish Patties is one of delicacy that
can be taken anytime. It is easy to make and cook.
Ingredients:

1 fish fillet
·
1 Potato, cooked and mashed
·
1/4 cup carrot, grated
·
1/4 cup courgette, grated
·
1/4 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
·
1/4 cup home baking flour
·
Vegetable oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Poach the fish and break into flakes, checking
carefully for bones or skin.
- Mix together with the potato, carrot, courgette and
cheese.
- Shape into four patties or fingers and dust with flour.
- Heat a little oil and cook the patties slowly until
golden brown on both sides.
- Drain well on paper towels.
Tips
These are delicious and they go well
a mouth of fresh bean sprouts and sliced fresh tomatoes for the adult or bigger
kid. Some kids are allergic to fish so please ensure that yours isn't one of
them.
