Over the weekend I took yet another stab at South Florida dining with my friends and I. We were, once again, shocked and awed at how much we enjoyed ourselves. First we were taken aback by the pleasant atmosphere of the establishment.

Then, once receiving our food, this turned into complete surprise at how good our entrees tasted. We knew to expect good food, but we did not expect anything this wonderful! The buffalo burrito that we tried really took our breath away. I am amazed and astounded that anything good taste this good!

In a burrito/wrap, it's necessary to have a source of protein. This is true for all dishes actually. If you are a vegetarian, there is a delicious black bean hummus substitute which my friends and I all agree is one of our favorite things on the menu. If you want to go with meat, there are so many options that any carnivore will not be left unsatisfied.

My friends and I aren't too keen on any type of slaw. So when the employee at the front told us that this is what usually went on the buffalo burrito, we had no idea what to expect. South Florida's incredible blue cheese celery slaw was out of this world. Had I know it was that good I wouldn't have questioned it in the first place!

It doesn't really come on the buffalo burrito, but I love adding rice. I think that yellow rice really adds a significant texture to the burrito, that just can't be beat. I am so glad that South Florida dining allows for any taste bud to go home beaming.

An obviously key ingredient in any burrito/wrap is the sauce. With the buffalo, it is no surprise that the first sauce is South Florida's delicious and fresh buffalo sauce. It is made that day so there is no spoil or chance of anything but greatness!

Another interesting sauce choice for this burrito is ranch. I was not too sure this would compliment the other ingredients in this great looking burrito. I was completely astonished. The combination of tastes that South Florida applies is truly like no other.

Though it does not already come on the burrito, I decided to go with a sharp cheddar cheese. If you are trying to stray away from fats, you may decide to go without too much cheese. However, at no extra charge, you can add any one of a number of different cheeses!

Every time I eat something as good as this, I add it to my top 10 entrees list. Since eating in South Florida, this list is mostly incorporated with South Florida entrees since I've been here. I might have to make my top 10 a top 20 at the rate I'm going!

The buffalo burrito reminds me again why I love South Florida dining so much. I have searched high and low for affordable and delicious burritos like the ones I've had here. So far, it is an impossibility!
