Since this is the beginning of the summer, I decided I had to take a trip somewhere. So it was decided that I would pack my bags, but just before I left, I had to do one last thing. I knew I would be gone for a few weeks and I had just realized how utterly desperate I was going to be without my beloved South Florida dining.

I have really grown so fond of the quality that goes into the South Florida's ingredients, I must say I'm a near addict. I went with something new on the menu, the mexican taco. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was more than just another style of taco, this was something really special. I could never imagine such an authentic and at the same time completely original take on a taco, but South Florida shocks me yet again.

One of the most commendable things about South Florida is their variety and options. All of the options are so unique and tasteful, it's hard to pick just a select few. I mean, after just one visit, you'll be itching to go back and try different styles. And believe you me, there is no end to the number of styles of tacos you can have in South Florida. They are so delicious in their own ways, and each consists such unbelievable ingredients that it is always a pleasure to eat at any South Florida establishment.

Protein is an essential in main course and throughout anyone's diet. Getting the correct nutrition is really important to a healthy lifestyle. In South Florida, there are so many different paths to take in the way of proteins. Beans are just one facet of this protein variety. Black beans or brown beans from South Florida will leave you absolutely speechless with their amazing taste and overall deliciousness! In addition to this, there's an incredible black bean hummus spread.

If you are not a vegetarian, and do in fact eat meat, there are many more options open to you. There are black beans mixed with bacon, which have come only with high praises from all of the locals who dine in these South Florida restaurants. There is also chicken, pork, chicken breast, and steak available for you to choose from. Another plus for South Florida is that their steak is organic!

Yet another plus for the mexican taco is that it is not in fact just one taco. It is actually three soft shell tortillas that are all delicious, warm, and fresh! So now you're on to the next section, containing things such as veggies, sauces, etc. Your first order of business in this section for the mexican taco is the sour cream. Sour cream really makes a taco like the mexican taco, it compliments every other ingredient that the mexican taco is comprised of.

Right after the sour cream, you should take your choice of cheeses. There are so many choices, and for me it was hard to decide. I ended up going with the cheddar, and this is what was actually recommended on the mexican taco. I was completely astonished with why I had stood so long trying to decide what kind of cheese I wanted! Of course it was cheddar; the sharpness was so great in the midst of the mexican taco.

On top of the cheese, you can add however many different vegetables you want. Lettuce is priority on the mexican taco; the crispness and freshness of the lettuce that I was served was like no other. I am so relieved that this was such clean and fresh dining, I felt so comfortable with all of my choices, and the employees were so helpful!

As you arrive to the end of your mexican taco journey, you need to signature your taco with one of South Florida's freshly made sauces. Among so many, the one recommended for the mexican taco is mild or hot salsa. The fact that these options are available is incredible, seeing as how I don't know how spicy I will want a particular entree. This time I went with hot, and I was quite impressed.

Fortunately, South Florida restaurants produce amazing dishes that make me really regret even going on vacation. Why should I leave this amazing town and these amazing taco ingredients? I kid you not, the mexican taco is officially on the map!
