·         ½ cup(about 125 milliliters) of dry white wine

Directions:

Step1: The first step in Goshen's mussel pizzas is to preheat the oven to 425 degrees (220 Celsius). Place the mussels in a bowl of cold water to soak and also scrub well. Remove the beards and remove any mussels that are already open.

Step 3: The next step in Goshen's mussel pizzas are to drain off the cooking liquid and remove the muscles from their shell. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each one out on a lightly floured surface. Roll out each piece into 5 inch circles. Space well far apart on two greased baking sheets 2 pizza dough's to a sheet.

Step 4: Form a crust around each of the pizza bases and brush the pizza bases with the olive oil. The next step in Goshen's mussel pizzas is to thinly slice the leeks. Grate the cheeses evenly on all 4 pizzas bases and add the leaks and minced garlic spaced evenly on all 4 pizza bases. Then bake for 10 minutes.

Step 5: When the pizza's are done arrange the mussels on top of the pizzas evenly. Season with salt and pepper and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Then you are ready to enjoy Goshen's mussel pizzas.
