This recipe is a liquor delight for the ages. Very tasty and you can change alcohol gradation just by adding more water and less alcohol or vice versa. There is a secret that makes this really special: you have to let it rest for at least 6 months before drinking.

Things You'll Need:

  • for 3 bottles of 750 ml.
  • 700 grams of strawberry
  • 700 grams of sugar
  • 700 grams of grain alcohol
  • 300 grams of water
  • Have ready a 1 gallon glass vase with a hermetic screw cap.
Wash the strawberries carefully and make sure that they are completely dry.

  • Step 2

After making sure that the strawberries are dried, lay them down into the vase without breaking them and have the other ingredients ready.

  • Step 3

Add the sugar first, then alcohol and the water. Using the cap close the vase and let it macerate for 30 days shaking softly once a day if you can.

  • Step 4

After a month, pass the mix through a staining tool with really small holes and let it go through a paper filter (a coffee filter will work too, just pay a little more attention).

  • Step 5

Once finished filtering, have the bottles ready; fill them and cap them with a cork or screw cap and let them rest for 6 months
