There are many personal trainers who just don't know what they are doing.  As an Encinitas Personal Fitness Trainer myself, I am here to help you build serious amounts of muscle mass in shortest period of time. 

I am here to help to shed some light on what it really takes to build large and beautiful muslces, and it doing it quickly, avoiding the pitfalls the most people make.  Be careful who you listen to when it comes to putting on some serious size.

First, you will have to eat at least 6 meals per day in order to get enough quality calories to build muscle mass.  And trust me, this is no easy feat.  But, you can do it.   I put on an incredible 87 pound of pure muscle mass myself.  And it was a lot of hard work with my training and nutrition.

Second, you will need to lift heavy weights.  Heavy weights stimulate muscle growth. The heavier the better.  You want to reach muscular failure around 6 to 8 reps, this stimulates your fast twitch muscle fibers, which are conducive to exponential muscle growth.  These are the fibers that can grow twice as large as oppose to slow-twitch muscle fibers.

Third, you will want to get plenty of rest.  Remember, you tear the muscle down in the gym, and you grow outside the gym, when you are sleeping, eating and resting.  Don't overtrain.  This is one of the biggest mistakes I see people make.  You need at least 8 hours of sleep.  While you are sleeping your own body releases its growth hormone, which is highly conducive to you gaining big muscles.  So get your rest.

I helped many men pack on serious amounts of muscle, just by following a simple nutritional and exercise strategy.  And it works every time.  Eat big, and train big, and you will get big.  I will be honest, it's alot of work, especially eating enough of the right foods.  But, it all pays off.
