Attending the Boot Camp is not about losing weight but you probably will lose some. The reasons for this amazing weekend is to let those who take the course spend two days learning how much they can actually accomplish. Those who do go through the boot camp experience find out that they can endure far more than they ever thought possible.
Creating a memory that will last for years and that will continue to inspire for years is the purpose. The boot camp training is designed to offer assistance to each participant that will help them push pass their limited idea of what they can handle and let them see firsthand how much they can really do.

The reason for this is to create a sensory memory that the person can draw on for a lifetime. The encouragement of the trainers and their assistance to those who go through the boot camp will take the participant to a place outside of their own level of comfort.
Making it through the difficult weekend boot camp leaves the participant with a personal understanding of the inner strength and their physical strength as well. This is not a piece cake by can stretch of the imagination and is not for someone who wants to be pampered. The whole experience lasts for two full days of ten grueling training sessions that last for one or two hours each.
All ten of the work-out sessions will be very demanding both in a physical way and mentally and will test limits. The range of activities is varied and the trainers will be there to offer valuable tutoring to each student making sure the events are done properly and without harm.
The activities involved range from problem solving to mountain climbing and jumping of the mountains. There will also be teamwork events about pulling, carrying and pushing things, getting dirty and reaching beyond fears. Some activities will be done independently but most will be teamwork but all are intended to make each person aware of the fighter they possess inside.
The mental capabilities of each participant will also be an important part of the learning process. The boot camp comes with two full days, one weekend of vigorous activities, individual development and teamwork with lots of fitness training.
During the weekend the participants will have food and lots of water, a special boot camp t-shirt, access to the training sessions and equipment, a full assessment of fitness and when completed a Certificate. There will also be times when the participants can hire a dingy. They will stay in a cabin, sometimes a tent or a dormitory.
Even individuals who are not in peek physical condition will have a positive encounter with Brisbane bootcamp programs. Most of the boot camp classes events are going to be about teamwork but there are sufficient trainers available who will be able to create specialized groups that all have the same fitness levels. This way it is possible for every member of the team to reach their highest personal goals.
