You can make cycling more fun by adding items to your handlebars like cyclometers, lights and horns. The cyclometer will tell you how far you've ridden which is important. You can keep track of your progress and know when it's time to turn back and head for home before you overdo it.

Basically, the trick is to look for an exercise to lose fat or activity that makes sense to you. The more you appreciate and enjoy it, the more you will stick with it.
