In addition to giving voice to millions and enabling individuals to spread their presence across the online world, blogs-or at least writing and editing blogs-are the cottage industry of the 21st century. Thousands of people make their living as bloggers. Some sell products and services, but it is becoming more and more common for bloggers to earn a living by creating content.

Interestingly, the majority of bloggers being paid for their writing are not preoccupied with search engine optimization (SEO)-held by many to be the "secret" to making money online.

People are now leaving their day job just for blogging and producing content from their home. They are associated with various websites that offers paid posts which encourage them a lot. They writing for them and getting paid by them. One of my friends he is also working as a senior manager a nation's top telecom company is writing articles for these kinds of website and he is making hundred thousand a month out of these writings. Few of article directories are also offering to place your Google ad sense at your article on the article directory which is another from of earning.

Writing from home is increasingly become a career for people.
