Employees are said to be the heart of any organization or company. Especially when it comes to the industries / factories where the employees are believed to be the workforce or the spinal chord they need to be treated with utmost care. But there are also the cases where the organization needs to be careful with the employees as they might end up in choosing the wrong employee or the wrong person if there is no proper background employee verification is done. Hence it is always recommended that be it any company that they follow the usual procedure for the employee verification. Here let us have a discussion about the employee verification process.

Basically an employee verification process can be of any type. There are many types of employee verification that is happening in the recent past. The verification might be an check for the past experience or the verification for the background check or even the verification process for the criminal check. There are separate processes and there are also separate agencies which deal with the same. First when it deals with the normal employee verification it primarily deals with the verification of the employee's certificates and other details. Also the verification regarding the on going scenarios of the employees are also made in order to facilitate the proper belief for the company. Mostly all organization which does all background checks does this simple employee verification.

The second type of the employee verification is for the background verification of the recruited employee. This in detail give s all the personal details of the employee right from the place and the date of birth, his blood relations, his school and college life and all details about the employee is checked over here. Thus the company or the organization gets a complete report about the employee and hence can have this as a record for any future uses. This type of background checks are also done by many agencies but the process which is followed by each agency may vary from one agency to the other.

The final employee verification kind which is rarely sued is the criminal check verification. This is done in concurrence with the local cops or even the international police if necessary. There might be the scenarios where the company might request for the criminal check of an employee due to certain reasons.

Thus one can say that it depends on the nature of the company as to which employee verification process they would need to follow.
