Tier 4 Student Visa replaces the existing UK study visa applications and allows adult students to study in the United Kingdom with a sponsor license on the Tier 4 sponsors register and engage in a cycle studies.

Applicants must have a certificate of sponsorship from the relevant sponsor. In this case, the promoter is the educational institution offering the study site.
