More Time Needed for Troops
Well here we are. The latest Headline US needs more time for troop deployment this is a very important decision to make as a President. You know that President Johnson had many sleepless nights over Vietnam.
It is not taken lightly sending brothers into harms way is probably the most important decision that he will ever make. I often wondered what President Johnson had to endure but this is not something you can walk away from.It is true we have taken the fight to them.
But where do we go from here we rely on the American spirit the same spirit that made us a country. Lives have to be lost in order to over come adversity other wise it is all for nothing you rely on American ingenuity and are competitive spirit. We are all winners that is the American way of life and that spirit has made us one of the greatest country's in the world.
We have to see this to the very end the objective is to win. We as a country have unlimited resources and the ability to take this and strike a blow that will make them realize that we are not here to loose we are here to win and we are allot smarter. Or do nothing and they win not by defeat but by public reaction.
No one wants to see there loved ones killed. I was proud to be in the service I would of gladly given my life to protect our way of life but that was a different era and different circumstances. The court of public opinion is strong and can make or break a President.
I know in my heart that this President wants the best for the American people. He is apprehensive about sending more troops and that is a good thing think it through and send troops only when you have a clear objective to win.
This is your moment to shine to send a message to the world that the U.S will not give in to what threatens our way of life that we are one nation and we will prevail over anyone that does threaten our way of life. That is what a true leader does.
