Maybe you've read the story about the Arizona woman who thought she had a brain tumor; but when doctors went in they found a parasitic worm chowing on her brain.
Rosemary Alvarez of Phoenix was referred to Barrow Nuerological Insitute at St Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center because she had balance problems, difficulty swallowing, and numbness in her left arm.
I've had two of those symptoms, but they were heart related.
An MRI revealed what looked like a tumor at the brain stem.
Dr. Peter Najaki said, "Tumors like this down in the brain stem are hard to pick out, and she was deteriorating quickly, so we knew we had to get it out fast."
During part of the operation to remove the tumor, Dr. Najaki found a parasite living in her brain. The parasite was a tapeworm called Taenia solium.
As hard as this is to believe, Dr. Najaki was quite pleased. "As nuerosurgeons, we see a lot of bad things and have to deliver a lot of bad news."
When Rosemary awaoke she heard good news. She was tumor free and would make a full recovery.
Now you are probably wondering how you get a tapeworm in the brain.
Well I could explain the grimy details, but lets leave it with someone had some very poor hygiene habits. And it wasn't Rosemary, she was just a victim of someone else's very poor hygiene.
As more and more illegals enter the country, more and more cases of tapeworm are being reported. Most of the time, the worms get into the stomach, and then the intestines, where they grow big and fast. The tapeworm then releases eggs, which are passed every day.
It's the eggs you have to be worried about, not tainted meat, as most people suspect. The eggs can be passed in the bloodstream, which is how they get to the brain. Tainted meat will give you larvae, which in almost all cases can be cured with medication.
I think that's what has happened in Washington and New York. CEO's and Congressman have been eating food tainted by illegals, and they have tapeworms residing in their brains, which is what caused them to make all the bad decisions that have put the economy in the dumper.
That's my theory, and it stands until someone else comes up with something better.
