Iraq renews agreement with turkey regarding Ceyhan-Kirkuk pipeline

Deputy Oil Minister Ahmad Al Shamma said that Iraq agreed to renew an agreement with Turkey regarding operating an oil pipeline that transports oil from Kirkuk to Ceyhan port on the Mediterranean. Al Shamma told Reuters that Iraq agreed to renew Kirkuk-Ceyhan agreement after making some changes and amendments. The two sides agreed also on new transit taxes and on renewing the transportation line, the same source added.
