Iraq’s oil exports have declined slightly in September marking two million barrels per day while it reached in August 2.09 bpd, said the director general of the State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO), Fallah Al Ameri. The average oil price in September reached 65 dollar per barrel decreasing by four dollars in comparison with August oil price rate. Al Ameri did not mention the causes of slight reduction in oil exports. Yet, bad weather and technical failures often affect production rates in the main export port in southern Iraq. Iraq’s revenues from crude oil sells have reached almost 4 billion dollar in Septembe, Al Ameri added.
