Al Hakim: No veto on Iraq Premiership

Sayyed Ammar Al Hakim affirmed from the holy city of Najaf that no one is vetoed to occupy the post of Prime Minister stressing that there are no preferences. Candidates’ political agendas are the key to Premiership, Al Hakim said. After meeting with Grand Ayatollah Ali Al Sistani, Al Hakim reported that talks with parties seek above all citizens’ interests and services. Asked about Kurdistan Party’s demands regarding Presidency, Al Hakim said he believes Kurds in Iraq are essential partners reiterating his commitment to ally with them.
