Delegation of Iraqi Olympic Committee visits France

An Iraqi Sports delegation is holding meeting with Officials I the French National Olympic Committee. In fact, the delegation held a meeting with the official in charge of foreign relations in the committee who explained for the Iraqi delegation the nature of his work and the tasks it does in order to boost the relations of the French Olympic Committee with its counterparts in the world. The meeting was attended by the head of the Iraqi Olympic Committee Raad Hammoudi and the Committtee’s Secretary General Dr. Adel Fadel, the advisor of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Hassan Ali Karin in addition to Dr. Assifa Moussa. The Iraqi delegation stressed that it is important to develop bilateral relations between both parties on the sports level which would allow Iraqi sportsmen to France and would open new horizons for them in France on training level. On the other hand the French party said that it is ready to fully cooperate with the Iraqi Olympic Committee and to prepare programs and projects that help in sharing expertise and developing the Iraqi sports.
