Iraq Football Association said that it will ask from the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) during the upcoming days to add 5 places for first class clubs in the General Committee of Football Association so as the number of First class representatives would reach 20 clubs. These representatives would be able to participate in the meetings of the General Committee and to take part in the elections that would be held in order to elect a new Administration for Iraq Football Association. To that, it is to be noted that the Association is about to form a new committee to study the complaints filed against the representative of second class clubs Khalil Yassin who was elected last year for being a member of Al Talaba club. If these information were proven to be right the committee will elect another representative for the second class clubs and Football Association will hold subsidiary elections in Mosul in order to prepare to hold Iraq Football Associations elections soon.
