Ethiopian Airlines airplane crashes off Beirut cost

In Lebanon, early in the morning, an Ethiopian Airlines passenger plane with 92 people on board has crashed into the Mediterranean Sea shortly after take-off from Beirut airport. The plane, a Boeing 737 disappeared from the radar screen 5 minutes after the take off. The same sources added that 51 of the passengers were Lebanese, one Iraqi and the majority of the others were Ethiopian. The same airplane had arrived to Beirut the same night coming from the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa, the source added. Lebanese navy forces escorted by Red Cross and Civil Defense are trying to find survivors. Meanwhile Minister of Transportation Ghazi Al Aaridi holds a meeting with the Officer in Charge of the Airport Security in order to study the situation.
