French left ahead of right in regional elections

French right lead by Nicolas Sarkozy was defeated in the first-round vote of regional elections that took place on Sunday as Socialist party gained 3.7 points ahead. The majority of the media said that the vote was a punishment and results show that the current balance of power is in favor of leftists.

Alsumaria TV An independent Iraqi Satellite TV Network that transmits on Nilesat and Hotbird from its temporary offices in Lebanon . Alsumaria was established by a group of professional businessmen in 2004. It includes a solid staff of 300 employees in Iraq and 150 in Lebanon .
