Libya: Plane shut down over rebels stronghold

A warplane has been shot down outside the opposition stronghold of Benghazi east Libya. Nobody knew how the airplane was shot down but the fall thereof was acclaimed with joy chants. To that, intense artillery operations were heard southwest Benghazi while a military airplane roamed over the city and afterwards a series of blasts was heard. On the other hand, Libyan government denied breaching the ceasefire. To that, a French-British-US summit is held in Paris and some Arab parties are expected to attend. The summit shall take a final decision about whether to launch a military operation against Libya or not if Gaddafi forces stopped shelling the rebels strongholds.
