Woman On Top Relationships
There are so many relationships that tend to show that the
woman is always on top. In this case the man has limited decision making
powers. It is not new phenomenon in the world as queens have ruled on dynasties
since immemorial. In many households this is a cause of big indifference
problems.
Since most women nowadays are learned and running things at
work, this does not mean running things with your man. So, it is better to
check your attitude at the door when dealing with many men. Maybe a man
really needs to be the head of the household, and if you don't trust that he
can be, then leave him alone and move on. A wise man once told me that
anything with two heads is a monster, so only one person can be head of the
household, and for me, I prefer it to be a man. Women, know very well it is too much to carry too
much of the financial and emotional burden of raising a family alone, And that
is why men supplement what lacks but they should use that power to draw
strength to a good upkeep a family and not allow that to make their family emotionally
weaker.
I remember woman in her 20s at a management
consulting firm I worked for and this man told her that she would definitely
make a Partner but no one would ever like her because she was so damn mean, and
she actually was naïve enough to take that as a compliment; not realizing that her
"meanness and hardness" had spilled over into her personal life and causing her
not to attract and keep good men in her life.
Naturally power of leadership does not come by as a gift but
power is taken just like grabbing. People in power are people who want to take
control of things influencing their life. If a woman sees that the man is timid, tentative
or unable to run things then power is taken away from him unwillingly by her wife.
A man should show he has authority to give directions to his family and wife. Whichever way it works for you!
