New Year And Our All Years

God always count our years and never forget us for a while because a man is the only creation which always cared by God. Last year passed with happy and sad times. On beginning of last year too, we make many promises with ourselves beings and God. Some promises fulfilled by us, and some we break carelessly.

Above I wrote that God always count our bad years and good years. We can find this reality from holy bible in below verses. This is very important for us that we should lead our life within fear of God for blessings and kindness of God. God's counting never missed a moment as well as a movement of our whole life. If we need good life, we would walk with God commandments because this is the only source. We should condemn the sinful life, which make us far from the blessings and keep our name out from the book of life.

²¹After Enoch was 65 years old, he had a son named Methuselah. ²²After Methuselah was born, Enoch walked with God for 300 years more. During that time, he had other sons and daughters. ²³So Enoch lived a total of 365 years. ²⁴One day Enoch was walking with God, and Enoch disappeared. God took him.*(Genesis 5, 21-24)

Enoch walked with God for 300 years. God count these years because Enoch's life changed after birth of his son Methuselah. God counted his bad years and good years of his life.

⁶ Come, let's bow down and worship him! Let's praise the God who made us! ⁷ He is our God, and we are his people. We are his sheep today- if we listen to his voice. ⁸ God says, "Don't be stubborn, like you were at Meribah,* like you were at Massah* in the desert. ⁹ Your ancestors* tested me. They tested me, but then they saw what I could do! ¹⁰ I was patient with those people for 40 years. And I know that they are not faithful. Those people refused to follow my teachings. ¹¹ So I was angry, and I swore (promised) they would not enter my land of rest. (Psalms 95, 6-10)

God was patient with Israel for 40 years. God counted these years.

Now counting is continuing for my life/our life. Shortly and simply if God give us a new year, we should make this chance fruitful for our coming life/blessed life.
