On the other hand, Aaraji denied news saying that a quarrel between the Sadrist Movement and National Reform Movement postponed the announcement of the Alliance candidate. Aaraji added that the issue is nothing more than a discussion about whether all the Alliance members shall appear in the press conference or only a group of them.   To that, Aaraji criticized the last visit of US vice president Joseph Biden to Iraq saying that it was not fruitful at all as the US role and influence in Iraq is receding.
