Clinton says nuclear issues to be soon settled with Russia

After a meeting with the Russian President Dimitri Medvedev, US Secretary of Foreign Affairs Hillary Clinton said that the problems between the two countries regarding nuclear issues were settled. Clinton stressed that the two countries are optimistic regarding the progress made towards START new agreement however there still are some technical issues which are about to be solved before signing the new agreement between the USA and Russia. On the other hand, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov uttered optimism for the possibility of reaching an agreement regarding the reduction of the nuclear arsenal of both countries adding that negotiations regarding a new agreement will soon lead to results.
