They decided to end their lives due to examination pressure. Here I wish to discuss in brief that using handwriting analysis, the suicidal tendency of an individual can be spotted. The first sign to look for is depression. Let me show you how to spot depression in handwriting.

Does she think there is no point in living?

In the past two weeks, about 22 people, including some students, committed suicide in Maharashtra. Most of themwere from Mumbai. They decided to end their lives due to examinationpressure.

A Std X student committed suicide by hanging himself from theceiling when his parents were not at home. A first-year BCom studentjumped off the terrace of a five-storey building, and a 24-year-oldwoman hanged herself to death at home because her family was forcingher to tie the knot.

Themother of one of the victims was crying inconsolably on TV, reiteratingjust one thing: “I wish I knew [what was on her daughter’s mind]…” Herfriends said the girl was under pressure because of the highexpectations of her parents. Studies show that in most cases, studentscommit suicide for having failed to live up to the expectations oftheir parents who want their children to be the “best”; aspire tofulfill their dreams through their offspring; weigh down the tendershoulders with their obscure hopes and unwittingly push them on theverge of suicide. According to psychology, failure to fulfill parents’expectations gives birth to a sense of guilt among children whosubsequently begin to hate themselves and seek to wipe out theiridentity.

Anyway, I have no business dilating on howparents should behave. I have neither the experience nor thewillingness to talk about it. Millions of words have been written on ithow parents should treat their children. I don’t wanna add more. All Iwant to do here is to say that handwriting analysis can reveal whethersomeone is feeling suicidal. My aim here is to ensure people get fewerchances to say, “I wish I knew…”.

The first sign to look for is depression. In graphology, depression is seen when the baseline of handwritingslopes or the word at the end of a sentence suddenly drops.

I present here three handwriting samples(in pics below) — all by people who have descending baselines and allof whom committed suicide. If the descending baseline is accompanied bya low t-bar (indicating poor self-esteem), the tendency to commitsuicide becomes extremely strong.

SAMPLE 1

Words at the end of the sentence invariable drop

——————————————————————————————-

SAMPLE 2

There is a sudden drop in the last word of the second line.

——————————————————————————————-

SAMPLE 3

Likewise, all last words in the three lines drop at the end

——————————————————————————————-

If you find these in the handwriting sample of someone close to you, you know what to do.

In Part II of the article, I have publishedsome more strokes, which reflect suicidal tendency of the writer.
