"I understand that very high officials from the Iraqi Electoral Commission have been caught cheating by entering false data on the election computer," said British conservative MEP Struan Stevenson in a statement. Officials were caught changing results of elections in favor of Prime Minister Nuri Al Maliki, Stevenson added.
