This chocolate dip is wonderful for cold winter nights. Goshen&amp;rsquo;s chocolate dip is also good as a Spanish hot chocolate. I learned this recipe from a Spanish woman who told me she use to have this delightful treat with Churro made fresh in her little fishing village every day. Goshen&amp;rsquo;s Chocolate Dip is a thick chocolate sauce that is a wonderful dip and a nice European hot chocolate. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Serves 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Ingredients: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;4 &amp;frac12; Cups&lt;/span&gt;(about 1 liter and 125 milliliters) of Whole Milk&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;10 &amp;frac12; ounces&lt;/span&gt;(about 297 grams) of bittersweet chocolate (70% cocoa chocolate) in small pieces.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;1 tablespoon&lt;/span&gt;(about 14 grams) of sugar&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;1 teaspoon&lt;/span&gt;(about 14 grams) of freshly ground cinnamon&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Directions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Step 1: The first step in Goshen&amp;rsquo;s Chocolate dip is to combine the milk, chocolate, and sugar into a medium sized saucepan. Then Whisk the milk mixture vigorously over high heat until the chocolate and sugar dissolve. This should only take about 10 minutes and don&amp;rsquo;t let it the chocolate mixture boil. &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Step 2: Then you can pour the mixture into a bowl and sprinkle some fresh cinnamon on top. If you&amp;rsquo;re having this as Spanish Hot Chocolate then pour it into mugs and sprinkle the cinnamon on top. Serve with Churros or plain doughnuts.
