Goshen&amp;rsquo;s deep fried ribs are complemented well with your favorite BBQ sauce for dipping. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;A nice way to prepare Goshen&amp;rsquo;s deep fried ribs is by cutting each rib into 3 or 4 separate pieces if possible for bite size game day fun. (This is better to do before deep frying) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Serves 4-6 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients for ribs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;10-12 pork spareribs about 1 &amp;frac12; pounds (about 680 grams). Remember to trim the excess fat on the pork spareribs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;2-3 tablespoons(about 30-45 milliliters) of flour&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Vegetable oil for deep frying. &lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Ingredients for the marinade&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;1 clove of crushed garlic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;1 tablespoon(about 14.3 grams) of light brown sugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;1 tablespoon(about 15 milliliters) of light soy sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;1 tablespoon(about 15 milliliters) of dark soy sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;2 tablespoons (about 30 milliliters) of dry sherry&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;frac12; teaspoon(about&amp;nbsp;4.7 grams) of chili powder&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;3 drops of sesame oil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;middot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Pinch of black pepper&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step 1&lt;/strong&gt;: The first step in Goshen&amp;rsquo;s deep fried ribs is to cut up each rib into 3-4 pieces. Then mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl thoroughly. Put the cut up ribs in the marinade bowl and cover. Put the bowl in the refrigerator and let marinade for 3 or more hours. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step 2&lt;/strong&gt;: After the 3 hours get a pan or work area and coat the bottom with flower. Next pull out the ribs and coat each rib with flour. Heat up the vegetable oil in a&amp;nbsp;frying pan or deep fryer to a medium heat. Then deep fry the ribs for 4-5 minutes and stir occasionally to keep the ribs separate. Then remove the ribs and drain off the oil. (Remember in Goshen&amp;rsquo;s deep fried ribs that all the ribs need to be submerged in the hot oil to be thoroughly cooked all the way through)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step 3&lt;/strong&gt;: Heat up the already medium hot oil to higher temperature and deep fry the ribs again for about 1 minute or until the ribs are a an even dark brown all around.
