The connector is located on left rear of ITB drawer and thecorresponding mating connector is on the chassis. Open the ITB drawer andremove the transfer belt assembly. Pull the drawer out until it reaches thestops.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Align the first set of rollers with the opening in the roller slide railand lift up until the rollers clear the rail. Slide the drawer back until thesecond set of rollers align with the opening in the rail and lift the drawer upand out. Examine the connector on the left rear of the drawer and the matingconnector on the printer chassis for debris or paper scraps. Reinstall inreverse order.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Windows     XP, click Start and then click Control Panel. Click Printers and Other     Hardware and Printers And Faxes. In the Printers And Faxes window, from     the File menu, click Server Properties, then click the Drivers tab. This     shows the settings in your printer's driver. Compare the settings in this     dialog box with the ideal settings in your printer's manual. If you see a     discrepancy in these settings, the printer may simply need a new driver     and delete old one.
