How to take care of a cat

Cat, Felis silvestris catus, is a carnivore. The word "cat" generally refers to the cat which has been tamed, but can also refer to the big cats, such as: lions and tigers.

To care for cat is not relatively easy to do. Because it, you must understand about your cat needs first. To do it, at least, there are five points can be explained.

1. Foods

In general, we know that many favorite foods of most cats are fish. Kittens that don't have parent need milk, so we should choose a good selection of food to make them stay healthy and lively. Better food affects to intelligence, character and body shape.

2. Eating equipment

Cat requires a separate set of cutlery, a place for food and another for water. Choose an easily accessible place for cat. That cutlery must clean and food should be washed separately from your cutlery. Specifically, giving milk to kitten is done in a shallow container like a cup. It's also better allowing kitten to eat in separate corner, far from a place where it poop.

3. Wood pole

Wooden pole is used by cats to scratch and prevent itself from scratching of your furniture. It should be made of wood that is not too hard and covered by a carpet made of cloth or rope with a solid foundation. Pillars should be high enough, so they can scratch as much as it like.

4. Toys

Like a children, cheaper items but interest often give more satisfaction for play. For examples: rotted or faded yarn, a large paper bag etc.

5. Place to pee and poop

It's better to teach how to pee and poop at the right place. For those of you who don't have a large garden, you can create a shallow container. Fill that container with sand and provide wider saucers at their underneath. Clean that dirty place every day.
