Final elections results are likely to be announced after scrutinizing complaints and notes, IHEC said.     Following 89% of votes in general elections and 70% of votes in special voting, Sate of Law Coalition rallied 91 seats, Al Iraqiya List 88 seats, Iraqi National Alliance 86 seats and Kurdistan Alliance 39 seats.     Some electoral lists have regressed remarkably in comparison with 2005 elections mainly the Accordance List which is expected to rally six seats while it used to occupy 44 seats in Parliament.
