Eerste Divisie, i.e. First Division of football in Holland. The website of the club said that Iraq midfielder who plays in Al Gharafa Qatari team had signed a contract with the club. However they didnt mention any further details. Reports had said that Nashat signed a contract for 3 years and he will start to play with his new team the next season 2009-2010. Nashat Akram had won Asia Championship with Iraq National Football team in 2007 and he was the best player in the final game. To that, Nashat is presenting a very good performance in the Qatar football league where he won with his team Qatar Championship and Cup. It is to be noted that Nashat was about to sign a contract with English team Manchester City at the end of 2007 however, the contract wasnt finalized because he couldnt get a working visa to enter the country.
