The days of jackets and coats are gone. You may notice that the temperature is not the only thing that is changing. You may find that in your home relationships are heating up in both good and not so favorable ways. Here are the top three things that you may find changing in relationships during the summer months.

#1- Fatigue. If you don't like to crank up the electric bill cost due to blasting air conditioning fees, you may find that you accomplish a lot less during the day than you are used to. The heat may cause you to be not as motivated and slightly discouraged due to loosing some of your efficiency. One solution is to learn how to retain energy in your body. Simple ways of accomplishing this are by staying hydrated and not letting your skin become too hot or burned.

#2- Temper Control. In the summer, due to fatigue, the mind has not as much will power to control moods. Beware if someone's body is overheated and malnourished (which is common in the summertime around lunchtime), tempers may fly. If you find in your household the level of arguments steadily increasing, it may be to the simple fact of poor body maintenance. With your family or friends, take sometime to make sure everyone is nourished and cool. Ever heard of the saying, "Cool as a cucumber?" This saying has double benefits in this situation.

#3- Financial Stress. During the summer months, families and individuals have high spending habits. This is usually because the children are out of school and vacation season arrives. With your family, or yourself, make sure that you don't become too slack on financial planning. You want to reward yourself for all the hard work you have done all year, but remind yourself not to go overboard. Don't fall into the cycle of summer fun and autumn remorse.

Have a good summer, and stay cool!

Please feel free to use this article.
