People spend too much time looking for signs that they're doing the right thing or on the right path. Sometimes we get that by hearing that we're doing well at work, sometimes it could be encouragement from a friend or loved one.

Sometimes we get that feedback by seeing our material wealth or possessions growing. Encouraging words are motivating. Encouragement costs nothing but brings in better results. Here are few tips to encourage ourselves:

1. Think Positive: Our thinking should be positive. We must let go the negative thoughts. We should be in control of our thoughts, beliefs, and actions. We just need to encourage ourselves.

2. Learn from Mistakes: Mistakes are acceptable in the process of learning. Minor mistakes lead to major success. We must learn from our mistakes and focus on our positive work done.

3. Encourage Our self: We must give the gift of courage to our self. Encouragement makes us able to do things better.

One of the main reasons that people hate change is that they are afraid of it. Change implies that you have to move into unknown territory. We must encourage ourselves to change for better. To work our confidence muscle we need to be prepared to take risks - big or small.

We need to be willing to stretch ourself in an unfamiliar direction, to try something new or try something in a slightly different way. We need to open yourself up to the possibilities around. We must push forward to increase what we know and what we do. The more open we are to risk, opportunity and possibility the more confident we need to be.

We can develop self confidence through self-encouragement and believing in our selves. We must take some time to encourage ourselves.Self-encouragement is the most ignored aspect of our life.To do some thing extra-ordinary we must believe in our capabilities & strengths and must reward our selves for any great achievement.
