We all wish to have an ideal powerful and attractive personality. We dress ourselves up, spend a huge amounts on personal grooming products and work out in the hope of a powerful personality. However personal power is more a mind training than outward appearances.
If you have been dreaming about a powerful personality here are some exercises that can change your negative thoughts and fill you with positivity and power and motivation.
Power Personality - 1
Just close your eyes and listen to your thoughts. Watch all the thoughts that flit through your mind for 5 minutes. Now note down the results. I am sure for the majority the results are definitely not what you would call positive thoughts.
Now make a note of all positive things you want to do, your biggest dreams, your goals and all that you want to achieve. You may also write down the funniest moments in your life, thoughts about something you cherish, may be some of your best moments in life thinking about which motivates you highly. Write it as bullet points. Make 5 to 10 points.
Whenever your thoughts are negative, consciously turn them to one of your positive thought list. This may take some time to bring into practice. But don't give up till your entire thought process is positive.
Power Personality -2
Whenever you are walking on the street, do you think people who look at you or meet you would be able to tell what is on your mind?
They may not be able to tell what you think. But they will more less have an idea of what and how you are feeling.
While walking on the street, be mindful of your surroundings. Look at the beutiful flowers on the median, try and find all that are beutiful around you. The lovely couple walking past, the old gentleman walking his dog, the nice glowsign on the shop. You have to just start looking for good things and they pop up every where.
I call this conscious walking. All the bright and beutiful, positive and pleasant things around us can make our face brighter and feel more positive.
Power Personality -3
Whenever you enter a party a meeting, or join a group of colleagues, do they fall silent as if something terrible has happened? Or does everyone perk up for something exciting to happen.
It all depends on your frame of mind and the positive or negative vibrations you send out to people.
Now this exercise needs a good amount of practice. But this exercise can create miracles around you. Whenever you accost a group of people bring on some cheer in your face. Feel happy to meet so many people, listen to their ideas and share your own. Don't make it a monologue and dictatorial ranting. Instead put on soft smile and encourage people to speak. The more you listen, the more people are going to like you.
After some time you may begin to enjoy the whole process yourself. Send out positive vibrations all around. Encourage people in whatever they are doing. And positive vibrations would be doubly returned.
Thought are very powerful. They can change everthing around us. Positive thoughts, positive outlook and vibrations can dramatically alter your personal world into more happier and healthier world.
