Are you bore with your routine at office? This era force us to work fast and continuity. We will leave behind when your hand, foot and brain move slow. Wake up in the morning, have breakfast, run to the bus stop, go to office, sit on your chair and you see in front of you is a same desk and a same monitor. When you see left and right, there are same men and women and there is a same work on your desk.

At the time you feel bore, you are loose your strength to do your work. You feel laziness is on your whole mind and body. You are become an unproductive man. If you let this continue on your days, nevertheless you will be retiring soon. You have to remember us our self is setting bore in mind. It same as you do not want to do this and that because you do not want to. You feel bore because your mind and mouth said that you are bore.

To kill this, first we have to set our mind that our work is not a bore work. However, it is the greatest work in the whole world that needs a good skill man as you do. Therefore, you will feel a spirit to do the work as best as you can.

Second, never let laziness stay in your mind and body. Be discipline to your self. Never try to make a gap time when you feeling bore. You still must wake up in the morning as usual and reach your office on time. Then, you will have no time to think about that bore things.

Third, take a holiday. It will recharge a new energy for you, but do not take it too long because it will create a new laziness. During the holiday, you must not use your whole time to sit on your lazy chair and watch TV. It is wrong perception to spend holiday time to retire your body and mind. You have to do other activities beside your work that still ask you to use your physic and brain. If you love fishing then try to learn how to do a good fishing. If you love sport then try to do sport that need strategies. Forth, many people do this when they are bore is change the desk position. If you have no free room to move it in a new position so, change your stuff positions that are on your desk. You can also put some new stuff on your desk. Change the picture of your wife / husband / children / boyfriend / girlfriend with a new picture or just add it.

You can also put a picture of the moment that makes you always smile. Fifth, this is the simplest way you can do. Wake up in the morning and smile to yourself for 1-3 minutes in front of a mirror. We smile because we are happy, and we will be happy when we see the smile. With smile, you can make others feel so special. Therefore, smile to your self and you will make your self so special today. Now, you will be ready for your routine and become a winner in killing your bore.
