What type of bra should you wear at and off work?

You may have a favorite bra, but you shouldn't wear it all the time, both at and off work. Only one bra will not work for all fashions and functions. When buying a bra you should be analyze your lifestyle first, and that goes out not only for bras but for clothes generally. For example if you are a lawyer you won't buy 10 pairs of snickers and 1 pair of high heels, why should the bra choice be any different!

Studies have shown that wearing a bra for a long period of time sags your breasts. It is necessary to wear a bra at work but at home and during weekend if you cook, clean, have a barbecue or simply watch TV all day long try not to wear a bra or replace it with a bustier. You may wonder why?

Because you breasts are used to being held by a bra they loose their elasticity because ligaments atrophy, so the sagging appears. You may not have this problem yet but in time and with age all women go trough this problem especially after giving birth. This is why is important to wear the right bra every single moment of the day or no bra at all.
Depending on the job type you can wear everything from a plunge bra to a sports bra, for example if you work in a boutique and your outfit has to be stylish you can wear a plunge bra ,because it gives you a nice cleavage, but in a color to match your stylish clothes .

Another criteria for choosing a go out bra and a work out one is your weight and body shape. If you are a full figured woman try a full cup bra and don't buy bras witch don't have underwire, for petit woman a plunge bra or a push up to give you a nice cleavage will be ideal.

If you work in the sport business like a fitness instructor or a gym supervisor, or if you teach ballet, martial arts or any other sport you must definitely wear a sport bra specially for health reasons. Without a bra during sport activities your breast will sag because your skin can't support the weight.
