Mountain hiking is included as a hard sport that requires good training. Ensuring of these activities can be undertaken with a fun and safe, that exercise must be routinely done with good discipline and freshness of mind.

Unlike other sports, carrying a backpack with a heavy load is not an easy job when we have to do hiking.

Physical strength and stamina were an absolute requirement that every hiker should have it because it could help him to do many mountain hiking activities.

There are some guidelines to get something better in the appropriate training to hike a mountain:

* Our primary concern before doing anything is physical condition. Go to the doctor, do medical check-up to determine the condition of current health. It can minimize the potential problems that will occur when doing a training or hiking activities on the nature.

* Warming up before starting an exercise and activity. Provide flexible muscles of our body so that muscle tension can be avoided. Actually, flexible muscles will prevent injury of the body.

* Do breathing exercises properly. One important aspect in hiking or rock climbing is to know how to do the correct breathing. By knowing it, loss of breath and fatigue will be avoided. Do this exercise with an efficient way of breathing to improve its capacity.

* Do the exercises on the muscles throughout the body at any times. Our muscles will be too busy when hiking, so it will really test our endurance and patience. Walking, running, biking, walking up and down stairs or involved in sports is something that must be done every time. These activities will strengthen your muscles, especially the muscles in the leg used as the support of mountain hiking activities.

* Do any sport activities, such as: push-up and sit-up. These activities help to maintain stability and freshness of the body stamina. Besides that, it will continue "to train" the upside and downside muscle which will often work hard at mountain hiking.

* Finally, it's better to anticipate many difficulties. Increasing level in training to develop and improve the condition of immune system is a challenge that must be done. If it can be done, then we will be able to anticipate any difficulties when hikin.
