Surf is a great way to enjoy the sea, sun and waves. Unfortunately, it can be a dangerous sport to beginner who tries to surf without any exercises or another self preparation. So, it's better for beginner to learn how to surf step by step.

To start surf sport, we must have anything that are needed to do, such as: board, swimming, sun screen and strap.Ready to surf? OK. Lets do it step by step.

* Start with the former surfboard. Start with a large board that is easy to be managed and having a strap. Let the narrow boards for experienced surfers, please.

* Find a good place to learn. Forget about the giant waves that you've seen on television. Start with small waves first. It will be easier and safer to learn on the smaller waves.

* Practice on dry land first. At the sand, we can learn how to get lying position to your feet. Place your hands flat on the sand, push with hands, pull your legs under your body, and then stand up. Once you can do very well, it's time to prepare surfing at the real water.

* Paddle out. Paddle on the back stroke. The best way to make it through the waves is pushing your board and allowing water to flow between the board and your chest.

* Go up for few waves through lying on your board. This practice will help you to get the feeling of waves, so you know when you must be stand up at the right time.

* Standing on the board above the waves. Paddle it into wave until you can feel that it already flows faster. Stand up as like as your practice on the beach.

* Direct your body to stay with the wave. Where angle that you want to turn, it depends on the size of waves. Bigger waves, it means that is more angle that you need. Read more
