Exercises to lose weight are more important than ever these days. This is because our go-go society is compressing our limited time in ways that are preventing us from getting enough exercise while also forcing us -- we think -- into the need to eat more and greater amounts of fast food. This is causing us no end of harm, though many of us may not think so.
