Everyone has their own reasons for deciding not to go to the gym. For people who have a busy and active schedule, it may be hard to find time to drive to the gym and exercise for a while. Others voice concerns about the sanitary conditions of equipment at the gym. Still others may say that they prefer workout at home because they have better focus on their personal fitness goals.
