Since the early 2000’s, there has been a back and forth tug of war when it comes to which type of cardiovascular exercise someone should perform in order to lose body fat. I can see why this happens because I have a background in exercise physiology, however for the average person they are often left confused and misinformed. So today, I am going to try and divulge as much info as possible regarding the two topics so you can make your own choice.
