Haven’t you noted that the most of our problems are rooted in our thinking, and that the majority of our troubles come from our past and current choices? If that’s true, aren’t we then in the position and even responsible for improving our lives in case we don’t want to wake up in the mornings, feel stress and/or are fed up of the same things every day? Basically, it’s up to us.
There have been volumes written over the years describing and measuring success in a multitude of ways. What is success, and when do you know you have achieved it?
There are many people who are facing the same circumstances as you but they live fascinating and wonderful lives. How did their lives become so adorably sweet? How do they manage to laugh and play despite their circumstances? They have high self esteem and you can too!
Do you know what you want out of life? Getting what you want out of life involves knowing what you want out of life. You have already heard that, right? Well, pay attention, because it's the "knowing" that separates the winners from average folks.
Let's be honest, regardless of the quality of our lives most of us would like them to be better. We've heard about the "Power of Positive Thinking" "The Law of Attraction", "The Secret", etc. However, in today's society where everyone seems to be struggling to get more done in less time, the ideas in the countless books and articles that are out there, just seem to be a little too much to grasp and apply to our lives.
Attempts to re-create ourselves, or to change some aspect of our lives should first involve a thorough assessment of who and where you are (in life). Nothing can change without this first step.
